While I'm a big fan of Ben Folds (see the end of the previous post), if you're asking a customer to hold before he asks about a computer that was shipped from California and made it all the way to the NEXT TOWN OVER FROM HIM before rendering the barcode unreadable and returning it to California - all without notifying said customer - maybe "Still Fightin' It" isn't the best song to be playing while he's waiting.
